Abstract

According to the operation scenario of 500kV overhead transmission line, the paper carries out the analysis of robot operation requirements, and completes the overall design of live working robot system, including the overall scheme design of live working robot obstacle crossing operation platform, working tools, robot control system and environment sensing system, breaking through the robot mechanism design under the live operation scene of transmission line key technologies such as real-time environmental awareness and accurate operation control can timely find out the hidden dangers of overhead lines and eliminate them in time, thus preventing the occurrence of accidents and ensuring the safety of power supply.
