Abstract

This paper proposes an adaptive path planning method for multi-objective arc welding welds in view of the lack of corresponding path planning methods. This paper optimizes the pheromone updating strategy of the ant colony algorithm, optimizes the path collection of weld joints, and adds path constraints to meet the path planning needs of multi-objective are welding and cross-weld welding. In this paper, experimental verification analysis is carried out according to the collected data, and the important parameters are optimized and analyzed for selection. Finally, the hybrid path planning of multi-objective weld and cross-weld based on the ant colony algorithm is realized, and the experimental results prove that the method is feasible and effective.
