Abstract

Automation is taking place in almost all the fields. The aim of this project is to make an innovation in the kitchen. This new design of automated electric cooker can work on IOT platform. For operating the project on IOT platform Blynk application and NodeMCU ESP8266 is used. An induction coil is placed at one side of the pan. For inductive heating a Quasi-Resonant converter is used. In order to reach heat in all sides of the Pan and to mix the ingredients, it must be rotated and tilted at a particular angle. For rotating the cooker at a particular speed, BLDC motor is used. The speed of the BLDC motor is adjusted based on the temperature of pan in-order to avoid sticking of food materials. The cooker is tilted using a servo motor. The food ingredients are placed on the pot using a robotic arm.
