Abstract
Coordination have significant role in formation of a group of mobile robots. In this paper, we present path following and coordination in virtual structure for a group of mobile robots moving in formation. The simulation and experimental results obtained with three mobile robots are presented to demonstrate the performance of controller and coordination algorithms. The coordination algorithm instructs robots to interact and communicate information in order to facilitate an overall group mission.
