Abstract
This paper proposes a Bilingual Social Networking Service (SNS) Agency Robot for persons who have difficulty operating smartphones or tablets due to physical disabilities. This robot, in which a voice user interface is embedded, enables them to communicate with others who suffer from the same disease or medical specialists in their mother tongues. The authors implemented the prototype by integrating the RoBoHoN provided by Sharp, whose Software Develop Kit (SDK) is available, as a communication robot and some external cloud services by a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). An evaluation experiment showed good results in functions and services.
