Abstract
Abstract -The research work presents the design and prototyping of a robot for alphanumeric teaching of the Braille system to children with visual impairment. It is observed that it is possible to solve the disparities in education and allow access to all levels of education to students with vulnerability, especially those with disabilities. The design highlights a stable and ergonomic structure for the users having an easily adaptable interface, in addition to having actuators type electromagnet solenoid traction that provides an agility of reaction and firmness, as well as an ESP32 microprocessor that controls the robot in the most efficient way and with sufficient memory to collect data, the results of the evaluations will be monitored by the teacher or the parent / guardian of the student through a virtual interface thanks to the inclusion of the Internet of things implemented in the project. A mixed methodology between VDI 2206 and MIT was used to support the proposed objectives. The results obtained will not only serve to create complex teaching robots at low costs with remote monitoring of the student's academic progress based on the test included, but also to improve the quality of education in people with visual impairment promoting equal access at all levels of education and training for vulnerable people such as people with disabilities based on SDG 4 thus ensuring equal education.
