Abstract
The PLC-based industrial robot control system is mainly designed in two parts: software and hardware. The hardware part consists of the robot body, servo driver and motion control card, and its working process is briefly described. The software part consists of the program management module, robot operation module, trajectory planning module, teaching reproduction module and system setup module. In addition, an overview of the development and application of PLC-based industrial robot control systems is presented.
