espanolLa irrupcion y consolidacion de la Inteligencia Artificial, los programas computarizados, los algoritmos y la programacion de datos, el software y su implementacion en materia de sistemas de expertos, asesoramiento, investigacion criminal, predictibilidad, etc., en el mundo de la Justicia es una realidad imparable. La incorporacion de estos modelos y sistemas computacionales ofrecen mas eficiencia por un lado, y, en ciertos casos, mas garantias; por otro lado, generan la inquietante proyeccion de los mismos hacia la creacion de la maquina inteligente o robot judicial, que sustituya a la persona juez. El paradigma de Justicia se transforma. La era digital ha llegado para quedarse. Y depende solo de nosotros que la Inteligencia Artificial sirva para conseguir un mundo mejor, con mas igualdad de oportunidades y mas solidaridad, o que caminemos hacia la deshumanizacion de la sociedad que nos ha tocado vivir. The incorporation of these models and computational systems offers more efficiency on the one hand, and in certain cases, more guarantees; on the other hand, they generate the disquieting projection of them towards the creation of the machine learning or judicial-robot, which replaces the judge person. The Paradigm of Justice is mutating. The digital era is here to stay. And it depends only on us that the AI serves to achieve a better world, with more equality of opportunities and more solidarity, or that we walk towards the deshumanization of the society that we have to constructive and to live.
