Abstract
Glass products are common transparent objects in daily life. Owing to the unique physical characteristics of these products, it is difficult for ordinary sensors to identify and detect glass obstacles. To realize the effective identification and detection of transparent glass obstacles, this study analyzes the effectiveness of detection methods and the reliability applied to intelligent robots as well as fully discusses the transparency. Based on the findings, a new method combined with frame detection is proposed to further realize the recognition of glass obstacles. The reliability of glass detection is verified by using lidar detection.
