Abstract
This paper provides a survey with the works done on the application of Educational Robotics to the learning-teaching process of children with learning difficulty (or disability). We follow a systematic review methodology, in which we have initially done a general search for conferences and journals papers and dissertations using a defined set of keywords covering the most known learning problems and also that attended to educational robotics keyword. From these initial works, we selected a more restrict set of works that are strictly related to our topic, following a set of defined criteria. We provided a further analysis of these papers including several issues, not only related to learning disabilities. We came up with a initial set of 48 papers, from which our detailed analysis carried out 12 contributions. We observed that a growing on the use of robotics is noted in the education of such individuals. Roboticists allied to Physicians and Educators play an important role in this process, as they have being developing methodologies that joint with cutting edge techniques and materials are turning educational robotics into a very useful resource for enhancing the learning-teaching process specially for children with learning disability.
