Abstract
This study focuses on the development of ICT-based convergent technologies to address issues such as delays in the adoption of advanced technologies in the dissemination of smart agriculture projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing labor. The reasons for the delay in technology adoption include the lack of standardization for preprocessing and data multiple sensing information, as well as insufficient standardization of sensing processing information specifications and data APIs. This leads to problems in automation of environmental information collection and analysis, and in the development of big data and AI-based agricultural robot technology required for next-generation smart agriculture. To solve these problems, this paper designs an automated multi-sensing monitoring and analysis system using the LwM2M-based data processing protocol, which is the de facto standard for IoT data processing. Additionally, a server platform employing SKT LoRa technology, aimed at cost reduction, has been developed to focus on efficiency improvement through high connectivity and low operational costs. The integration of various sensors and communication technologies to develop IoT devices with user-friendly interfaces suitable for agriculture and environmental monitoring, and high data processing capabilities, is also discussed. This highlights the importance of developing and applying protocols for improving communication standards between IoT devices and platforms, and presents design plans for sensing monitoring systems for smart greenhouse automation and plant stress monitoring.
