Application of PLC Control Technology in Intelligent Automatic Control

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic computer technology, the application of industrial robots in the automation control of electrical equipment is more and more extensive, and PLC as the core of the field of automation control, in today's intelligent manufacturing field occupies a more and more important position. This paper mainly studies the application of PLC control technology in intelligent automatic control. This paper first introduces programmable logic controller PLC, according to the development needs of this paper on the SELECTION of PLC and communication design, information interaction design and PLC programming design. In this paper, the stability of intelligent automatic control system based on PLC is tested, and the test results show that the success rate of the system designed in this paper is above 90%, which can meet the production needs. It has certain reference and guiding significance for the design and management of modern intelligent automatic production system in China.
