Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI)-based innovations, ranging from self-driving cars and robotic assistants to automated disease diagnosis, are creating a revolution that will reshape the ways we live and work. Industries are now applying AI and inventing new business capabilities for growth, profitability, and sustainability in the future. Business leaders must focus on the needs of their workforces and their training to adapt their businesses to the changing nature of learning, particularly in the area of skills development. In the future, duties and responsibilities of an HR manager will include not only managing human employees but also managing human interactions with AI-based systems. AI is expected to generate several products and services to manage the bigger challenges. For example, supply chain is optimized to reduce the production and waste, make driving safer, improve health care, and transform our learning. Next-generation devices are expected to serve as lifetime coaches. Creation of open AI culture is necessary to reduce the risk of a hybrid workforce while enhancing the output and opportunities. With recent developments in AI, companies/firms need to tap the intelligence of dynamics, self-learning, and self-governing machines.
