Abstract

The agricultural industry, particularly in India, is the most underdeveloped sector in the present era. So in addition to advancements in technology, new technology must be used in the agricultural industry to assist farmers and the agriculture sector. So we developed the Agri-Bot, an autonomous smart agriculture robot or vehicle that can conduct a variety of agricultural tasks such as planting, plowing, and fertilizer spreading, and harvesting without the need for a human operator. The robot known as automated agricultural equipment, Agri-Bot, is capable of plowing, sowing, and spreading fertilizer across a whole field only by using the length and width of the field as input. It has been noticed that the technology that has been applied has solved the many problems associated with the current technique, which requires people to work very hard separately for each stage of the agricultural process. All three agricultural tasks are carried out automatically in this setting, with no involvement from a human being required. In the proposed equipment, a seed storage tank is located at the end of the vehicle (referred to as a robot), from which the seeds and fertilizer are dispersed out onto the field. This is accomplished via the use of two Arduino UNOs and two NodeMCUs. It is implemented and tested on actual small farmland using the prototype model of the planned system that has been developed.
