Abstract
For mobile robots and location-based services such as healthcare services, precise positioning is the most basic function, while the demand for low-cost positioning solutions is growing and the potential market is broad. This paper proposes a low-cost positioning solution based on indoor visible light communication (VLC) systems. Based on the principle of visible light communication, we have designed multiple VLC transmitters and one receiver. On this basis, we use an improved fingerprint algorithm based on Bayesian to achieve indoor positioning, and prove the accuracy and practicability of the algorithm through experiments.
