Abstract
To define “training” in any discipline requires a clear definition of the discipline itself. Reconstructive urology remains one of the hardest urologic sub-specialties to define with branches extending into other sub-specialties including uro-oncology, andrology, prosthetics, incontinence/ voiding dysfunction, pediatrics, robotics and even plastic surgery.
