Abstract
In the Cost Analysis subsection of Results (page 1779), the dollar values given in the first two sentences were incorrect.The sentences should have read, "The average per-patient cost of therapy was $5,152 for patients receiving robot-assisted therapy and $7,382 for those receiving intensive comparison therapy.After 36 weeks, the average total cost (therapy plus the cost of all other health care use) was $17,831 for robot-assisted therapy, $19,746 for intensive comparison therapy, and $19,098 for usual care," rather than ". . .$9,977 for patients receiving robot-assisted therapy and $8,269 for those receiving intensive comparison therapy. . . .$15,562 for robot-assisted therapy, $15,605 for intensive comparison therapy, and $14,343 for usual care."The article is correct at NEJM.org.
