摘要
The study discusses the design and implementation of a 6-Degree of Freedom (DOF) robotic arm designed for multipurpose use, particularly for the elderly or those with special needs. The arm's unique feature is its precise control over its joints, controlled using robotic kinematics concepts and MATLAB processing capabilities. The proposed algorithms are verified through stick diagram verification. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) is designed for user-friendly control, and the Arduino MEGA2560 I/O board serves as the primary hub. A MATLAB simulation is created to ensure the algorithm's accuracy and usefulness, and the simulated arm is tested for accuracy and functionality using forward and inverse transformations. The aim is to empower individuals to work freely and perform activities that would otherwise be impossible.
