摘要
In real production, in different organisations of the production line four parameters were measured/estimated - operation cycle time, productivity, man power and rework rate, which defined the effectiveness of every operation, the effectiveness of using the production line, the cost of labor and the quality of manufactured products, respectively. The requirements of Lean Manufacturing were applied and the line gradually improved. The aim was to get lower price of the manufactured products by reducing the time of production, stable work of the line, reducing the number of the occupied operators and reducing repairs. By these four parameters it was examined whether work of the production line really improved and whether they were enough for this evaluation. In the last stage of improvement the implementation of new functionalities like parallel processes was used. The paper represents a certain example of using Lean Manufacturing for increasing the efficiency of robot production in TQM (Total Quality Management) environs. The approach, the application and the final results of integrating of additional functionalities in robot complex for assembling are shown.
