摘要
The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology with fire-fighting systems has emerged as a promising solution for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of fire emergency response. In this abstract, we present a comprehensive overview of the integration of an IoT-enabled fire-fighting robot with the ThingSpeak platform. The proposed system leverages the capabilities of IoT devices, such as sensors and actuators, to detect and respond to fire incidents autonomously. The fire-fighting robot, equipped with a variety of sensors including temperature, smoke, and gas sensors, is capable of detecting fire outbreaks in real-time.Upon detection, the robot utilizes its onboard actuators and fire suppression mechanisms to contain and extinguish the fire, thus minimizing potential damages and risks to human life. The majority of fire incidents that occur in large-scale fire businesses, such as chemical factories, nuclear power plants, gas tanks, petroleum refineries, and other industries, have catastrophic outcomes.Robots are being employed extensively for safety purposes as human interaction decreases daily due to advancements in the field of robotics [3].Being a firefighter is an important yet hazardous job. This problem has been helped by technology, as machines and firefighters now use more affordable and efficient firefighting techniques. The robot can run in both manual control system and autonomic control system. This paper discusses the detail and top working based communication system to monitor the fire affected area using Wi-Fi and also discusses the elaborate functions of each module and the implementation of the system. All the data are sent to the ThingSpeak cloud server for further investigation. The proposed firefighting robot has been used for many experiments and proper evaluation has been done based on its performance. It has an excellent performance to extinguish the fire in an emergency situation.
