In order to promote the application of biomimetic robotic fish in underwater unmanned system, the parameters of the electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic actuator of biomimetic robotic fish are taken as the optimization object, and the mathematical model of the optimization design of the electromagnetic actuator is established according to the movement process of the coil. According to the basic idea and realization process of intelligent genetic algorithm, adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed, and the improved genetic algorithm is applied to the optimization design of electromagnetic actuator. Finally, the noise decibel value of the optimized electromagnetic driver is reduced by more than half compared with that before the optimization through the performance comparison experiment of the electromagnetic driver in water before and after the optimization. It is proved that the optimization design of electromagnetic drive system of bionic robotic fish based on adaptive genetic algorithm can reduce the noise of electromagnetic drive and prolong the endurance of electromagnetic drive.
