摘要
In order to cope with the rapidly changing market, small and medium-sized manufacturing companies are planning for introducing collaborative robots suitable for automated assembly. This study analyzes and evaluates the work of existing processes and designs and implements applications that provide quantitative expected effects after introduction of collaborative robots. The application is designed on the basis of digital twins, using motion capture sensors to synchronize the actions of workers in the physical environment to the cyber environment and analyze the work. The implemented application is applied to the assembly process to measure and analyze the working time and difficulty, verifying the effectiveness.
