The rapid development and popularization and application of artificial intelligence technology, especially the advent of financial robots, have had a greater impact on the accounting field. Under the new background, new requirements are put forward for accounting talents. For the training of accounting talents in universities, it is an opportunity and a challenge. There are certain shortcomings in the current college accounting talent training, such as the inaccurate positioning of talent training goals, the unscientific design of the curriculum system, and the overly traditional teaching model. These problems are not conducive to cultivating accounting talents who adapt to the development of the times. In terms of training accounting talents, colleges and universities should combine the impact of artificial intelligence on the accounting field, face the future and meet the needs of society, and cultivate management accounting talents that adapt to the development of the times.
