摘要
Recently, in developed countries, trade protectionism has brought about the crisis of supply chain management, and the paradigm of manufacturing is changing with the 4th industrial revolution. In addition, the company is shifting from the mass production of small props to small productions to make-to-order, and the manufacturing sites such as IoT technology, sensors, RFID, 3D printer, and robot technology, which are emerging as the core of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The environment has also changed a lot. Changes in the manufacturing environment require organic IT systems such as enterprise systems, manufacturing systems, supply chain management systems, customer management systems and warehouse management systems. The environment in which to work became more emphasized. Therefore, in this study, we researched a system that can monitor the logistics of the manufacturing site according to the market change, collect heterogeneous facility data by using standard-based protocol, and use the distributed environment based on NoSQL Stored as big data. We built a system that can grasp the movement of objects in manufacturing sites and warehouses through a simulator between a distributed database and a warehouse management system.
