About
Xun Niu is a rehabilitation scientist and biomedical researcher whose work centers on neuromuscular rehabilitation, spinal cord injury (SCI) recovery, and robotic-assisted locomotor training. His research has made significant contributions to understanding how robotic gait orthoses — particularly the Lokomat system — can improve walking capacity and reduce neuromuscular abnormalities in individuals with incomplete spinal cord injury.
