Travis J. Wiltshire is a researcher whose work sits at the intersection of human-robot interaction (HRI), social cognition, and human-machine systems. His research focuses on understanding how humans perceive and respond to social cues exhibited by robots, and how insights from cognitive and affective neuroscience can be applied to engineer more socially intelligent robotic systems.
