About
Dr. Ramkishen Narayanan is a urologic surgeon and researcher whose work centers on advancing surgical techniques and improving patient outcomes in robot-assisted urologic oncology. His primary research areas include surgical simulation, tissue engineering for surgical training, and postoperative recovery optimization following radical prostatectomy. Dr. Narayanan’s most impactful contribution is the development and validation of a novel, tissue-based simulator for robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP), detailed in his 2014 paper (24 citations).
