Patrizia A. Caraveo is a pioneering astrophysicist renowned for her groundbreaking work in high-energy astrophysics, particularly the study of gamma-ray emissions from blazars and neutron stars. Her key research areas encompass multi-wavelength observations of active galactic nuclei, gamma-ray astronomy, and the physics of compact objects.
