Moussa Kafelov is pioneering the next generation of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) through the development and validation of functional alignment (FA) philosophy. His research fundamentally redefines how surgeons approach knee replacement by moving beyond traditional mechanical alignment to a personalized strategy that respects each patient’s unique bony and soft tissue phenotypes.
