About
Ka Hei Suen is a pioneering thoracic surgeon and researcher at the forefront of single-port (SP) robotic surgery. His work centers on expanding the boundaries of minimally invasive techniques, particularly in the chest and neck. Suen’s major contributions include the first preclinical feasibility studies of the da Vinci® SP system for complex thoracic procedures, such as subcostal anatomical lung resection and subxiphoid thymectomy.
