Julia R. Fielding is a distinguished radiologist whose research has fundamentally advanced the understanding of abdominal and pelvic imaging, with a particular focus on women’s health and health equity. Her work bridges the critical gap between anatomical variation and surgical practice, most notably in her pioneering study on the relationship between race and abdominal anatomy.
