Dr. Dong Kyun Rah is a pioneering reconstructive surgeon whose work sits at the intersection of microsurgery and robotic technology. His primary research focus is the advancement of head and neck reconstruction, particularly through the innovative application of robot-assisted techniques. Dr. Rah’s most notable contribution is his seminal 2013 paper on “Robot-Assisted Free Flap in Head and Neck Reconstruction,” which has garnered over 60 citations and fundamentally shaped the field.
