Alexander P. Glaser is a pediatric urologic surgeon whose research focuses on advancing minimally invasive surgical techniques for children and adolescents. His major contributions center on optimizing perioperative care and expanding the applications of robotic surgery in pediatric urology. His most cited work, a 2015 study on caudal and transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocks for children undergoing urologic robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery (25 citations), has helped refine pain management protocols in this population.
