Roberto Bustos is a minimally invasive and robotic surgeon whose research has significantly advanced the standardization and adoption of complex robotic surgical procedures. Working primarily at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Bustos has focused on robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy (RPD), robotic bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, and hepatobiliary interventions.
