Abstract
This paper describes the rapid development of a library service robot using cloud AI services, and a demonstration of the robot service in a public library. This robot has been in operation for one year as a system for a university library. To conduct demonstration experiments at a public library, a book search system that does not use personal information was used, which is different from the system used at university libraries where the robot system has been in operation. We demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed system through an evaluation of a demonstration experiment of the developed spoken dialogue service robot in a public library.
