Abstract

Increased focus is being positioned on the potential of the “smart grid” idea to improve the efficiency of power production and delivery. Reduce energy usage and make use of better resources. The study of smart grids is the starting point for a wide range of related fields. Energy use, waste reduction, database optimization, and an effective communication system are all in this category. The goal of this chapter is to suggest an architecture for making the most of renewable energy sources. The suggested architecture collects the power consumption profile of heterogeneous devices using Internet of things principles. The microgrid compiles data to create a timetable for particular gadgets, which it then broadcasts. By decreasing the need for expensive outside power sources, the study demonstrates the effectiveness of the suggested design. The implementation of the suggested architecture is then detailed for many robotics use cases.
