Abstract

SIS was spread and fixed to the corpora cavernosa.Quilting sutures were used. The ventral urethral plate was fixed to the dorsal SIS plate with continuous sutures.l6 F silastic foley catheter was inserted.The wound was closed in layers without drain. The catheter was removed after 3 weeks.Uroflowmetry and urethrogram was repeated at the end of 3 months and a year.
