Abstract
Many nations have recently focused their energy policy on solar energy, and academics are focusing on solar panel efficiency, maximizing energy extraction from the sun, control, and power electronics. As dust and dirt particles build up on PV panels, less solar energy reaches the cells, lowering their overall power production. Cleaning the PV panels is thus an issue of major practical engineering significance in the production of solar power. A portable robotic cleaning system with a versatile platform that moves the entire length of a panel can be created. Robotic cleaning solutions are useful and can aid in preserving the effectiveness of solar panels. This project involves creating a mechanism for cleaning solar panels. The primary goal of this design prototype is to clean the solar panel without compromising its effectiveness or quality. Solar panel cleaning will save installation costs, aid in obtaining a constant maximum energy output from the sun, and make it easier to provide the required peak electrical power.
