Method and Realization of Intelligent System of Rehabilitation Training for Stroke

Abstract

In the process of drawing up rehabilitation training program, there are some uncertainties of patients and the process needs long time. So the intelligent system of rehabilitation training for stroke was developed, combing with the case-based reasoning(CBR) and interval type-2 fuzzy reasoning(IT2FR), and the intelligent model of rehabilitation training program for stroke was proposed. Experimental results studied on 100 patients and series of testing show that the intelligent system can make a rehabilitation training program, shorten the time for making up the training program, and can guide the upper limb rehabilitation robot which has five degrees of freedom to train patients, improve the rehabilitation efficiency effectively, and make patients look after themselves early. After training, the function score of patient is more than 94.
