Application of Inspection Robot Technology in Substation

Abstract

Regular inspecting electrical equipment for substation is an important task.Currently,most domestic substations adopt manual mode for inspection,however,restricted to familiarity,business level,work experience,attitude,responsibility,mental status of each inspection staff.It is necessary to develop an inspection robot to replace the staff in some area.This article studies the architecture and application technology of substation inspection robot,and puts forward a program for substation inspection robot realization.
