Abstract
The e-commerce business has grown fast in China as the economy has progressed and science has advanced, and e-commerce has driven the expansion of demand for the logistics industry. A stable, fast, and effective warehouse sorting robot system is needed to adapt to the increase in demand for logistics brought on by the rapidly growing online retail sector. First of all, the general workflow of the warehouse sorting robot system was designed by studying existing domestic warehouse sorting robots. Secondly, the controller and motor system were chosen and designed, with the control system selecting Delta PLC to manage the solenoid valve and servo system, and the PLC controlling the Delta servo motor as the robot motion driving device. And the shape of the pallets and cargo pallets were also designed. Finally, a circuit schematic of the system’s major components is produced. This system is a good approach to improve the accuracy and efficiency of sorting items, as well as the logistics industry’s service efficiency.
