Abstract

Digital Image Processing (DIP) is a rich field which provides us information of objects that are not easy to understand or about which a human does not know. Digital Image Processing has algorithms, machine learning, computer graphics and pattern recognition which are used to identify objects. Digital Image Processing helps in trace vehicles their numbers to which it belongs. The database is designed for this. DIP has very advancement which are updating day by day to resolve the daily needs of Image Processing of objects like in robots, traffic signals, sound and noise detection in images. Most of the Mobile cameras and DSLR cameras are now powered with AI and DIP to ensure they get most clarity which is required by the software to obtain results. The main purpose behind this to penultimate the drivers on traffic violations and send the E-Challans directly to their homes and they are payable in due time and otherwise fine exceeds. The violation driver is found by DIP processes which looks in database and found traffic violator and challan is send to him.
