Research and application on welding robot for steel structure field

Abstract

This paper reviews the rapid development of steel structure construction projects in China,and analyzes the development of welding technology and welding equipment development driven by a steel structure. For construction steel on-site installation and construction welding operation,the author systematically expounds their team studied a series of job welding robot research results and field application. developed a mobile welding robot is suitable for on-site construction work,weld track teaching,welding parameter data management,welding power control linkage and efficient two welding torches and all-digital technology. Finally it solves a lot of troubled site welding problems,and the application of national landmark projects for the success of the promotion.
