Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a methodology to carry out an electrical simulator of the vehicle transmission chain. This simulator uses electric actuators controlled thanks to a dedicated control laws. It proposes an equivalent electrical system to the vehicle transmission chain. This equivalent system is easily exploited and can operate under a reduced power scale. This simulator allows to carry out various tests on manual, automatic or robotized gearboxes, on heat engine or on both heat engine and gearbox. Moreover, it allows to carry out a vehicle test benches by optimizing the cost and the time of the development phase of the vehicle transmission system. The proposed method is validated by numerical simulation and measures
