Abstract

Robotic process automation (RPA) can be defined as applying technology, controlled by structured inputs and business logic, targeted to automate business processes. It is also known as software robotics. By using RPA tools, an organization can configure a robot or software to record and interpret for manipulating data, communicating with other systems, processing transactions and triggering responses. RPA is deployed in healthcare in different ways.
