Abstract
ロボット支援腹腔鏡下前立腺全摘除術（RALRP）では，気腹と急峻な頭低位を要するため術中に眼圧が上昇する．このため，緑内障患者に対するRALRP適応の可否には議論がある．当院では緑内障患者でも，眼科医の術前診察により初期緑内障と診断されればRALRPを適応している．今回5例の緑内障併存RALRP症例に対し，麻酔中の眼圧を測定したところ非緑内障患者と術中の眼圧変化に差はなく，術後明らかな視機能障害を認めなかった．緑内障併存患者のRALRP症例の周術期管理に関し報告する．
