Abstract

In order to meet the urgent needs of the robot of automatic vehicle in the flat three-dimensional garage, this paper introduces a new type of plane-type heavy-duty automatic handling robot, which is independently developed by our company and has functions such as driving along fixed paths, autonomous navigation, secondary anti-collision, sound and light alarm. It is characterized by a significant load and can be used for automatic handling of all household models of 2.5t and below. Fast speed, up to a top speed of 3m/s. Spin in place, no need to set a turning radius, so that the garage layout is more tightly, car density than ordinary garage can be increased by 65%. Automatically find and charge the charging bit, working 24 hours a day. By my company in-field and test site for a long time repeated verification, the robot work condition is stable, high efficiency, low failure rate, each flat three-dimensional garage configuration 3-5 automatic handling robot, can greatly improve the use and operation efficiency of the entire garage, greatly improve the economic and social benefits of the garage.
