Abstract

A new type of experiment device is developed in this paper,by which lost motion and rigidity can be tested,because the high accurate 2K-V speed reducer used in industrial robot requires high accuracy of lost motion and rigidity. The experimental comparison research is made to independent development of prototype and the international similar products and torsion stiffness curve results are drawn. By comparative analysis,the lost motion accuracy of 2KV speed reducer made in China comes up to the requirements of international standards and the test platform provides effective means to evaluate the characteristics of precision reducer.
