Desire Path

Abstract

“Desire Path” takes place in a near-future world where robotics and artificial intelligence have advanced to the point where both artificial butterflies and “perfect” lovers can be custom designed. The speaker is part of a small group of insurgents who crave the authenticity, growth, and surprise of “imperfect” love and thus forge a path into the unknown.
