Abstract
We propose to use a natural language and cognitive graphics for a description of the conditions of artificial life and direct human-robot communications in mobile robot for service use. Mobile robots for service use work in buildings with different planes of rooms. We propose to construct in such an environment (including navigation and action tasks) a virtual reality generator for behaviour simulation of the mobile service robot. The virtual reality generator is used for possible worlds simulation in the robot artificial life. This allows us to evaluate the control algorithms of real time robot behaviour and to reduce difficulties connected with such problems as robot collisions with real objects and robot hardware damages. The mathematical background of the cognitive graphics software for this task is knowledge engineering based on pseudo-physical logic with spatiotemporal, action and default reasoning. Using concrete examples we discuss the main concepts, structure and realization method of cognitive graphics block of virtual reality generator.
